The Sweepstakes is open to all residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.), or Canada (excluding Quebec) who are age 18 or older in their province, state, or territory of residence, excluding residents of jurisdictions where the Sweepstakes is prohibited by law and employees of Eminence Organic Skin Care (herein referred to as "Eminence" or the "Sweepstakes Organizer") and those with whom they are domiciled. Void where prohibited. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Eminence. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

The Sweepstakes Period begins on September 25th, 2026, at 2:00 PM PT and ends on October 2nd, 2026 at 2:00 PM PT. All times are Pacific Time. One (1) winner from Instagram and one (1) winner from Facebook will be randomly selected on or about October 3rd, 2026.

No purchase necessary. Limit one (1) entry per person per platform during the Sweepstakes Period. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these rules may be disqualified by Eminence.
 
PRIZES
Each winner will receive one (1) prize package consisting of one retail size of each of the following products: Acne Advanced Clarifying Masque, Bright Skin Masque, Charcoal & Black Seed Clay Masque, Citrus & Kale Potent C+E Masque, Clear Skin Probiotic Masque, Eight Greens Phyto Masque – Hot, Kombucha Microbiome Leave-On Masque, Mango Exfoliating Enzyme Masque, Pumpkin Latte Hydration Masque, Raspberry Pore Refining Masque, Snow Mushroom & Reishi Masque, Strawberry Rhubarb Masque.
DRAW
A random draw from all eligible entries received will be conducted by a representative of Eminence Organic Skin Care at its Vancouver, British Columbia office. Selected entrants will be contacted by direct message on Instagram from the official Eminence Organics Instagram account (@eminenceorganics) or on Facebook from the official Eminence Organics Facebook account (@EminenceOrganicSkinCare).
 
If a selected entrant cannot be reached within five (5) business days following the first attempt of contact, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, declines the prize, or fails to return a Release of Liability as specified below, Eminence reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select another entrant or cancel the prize.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, redeemable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash. Eminence reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
 
To be declared a winner, each selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question by email or direct message.
 
By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, entrants consent to the use of their entry, name, city of residence, voice, statements, photographs, and/or likenesses for publicity, advertising, or informational purposes carried out by Eminence and/or its advertising agencies in any medium or format without further notice or compensation.

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state, and municipal laws and regulations.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eminence assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late, or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors. Eminence is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Eminence.
 
Eminence is collecting personal information from entrants solely for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. No further informational or marketing communications will be sent to entrants unless they provide explicit consent. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants release and hold harmless Eminence, its advertising and promotional agencies, their affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Releasees") from any liability arising in connection with this Sweepstakes or, if declared a winner, the prize.
 
This Sweepstakes will be conducted in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by Eminence. Entrants must comply with these rules and will be deemed to have received and understood them by participating in the Sweepstakes. The terms of this Sweepstakes, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counteroffer except as expressly set out herein.
 
Eminence assumes no responsibility for failure of the internet or website during the Sweepstakes Period, for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, email systems, or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any material in connection with this promotion.
 
Eminence reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, or other cause beyond its reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sweepstakes Organizer reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
 
If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the Instagram or Facebook account used to enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed to be the entrant. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder of the social media account associated with the selected entry. The sole determinant of time for purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this Sweepstakes will be Eminence's records.
